Coin cabinet with clock "Principe del Drago"

A walnut coin cabinet, originating from the Roman area and dating from the second half of the 17th century, it belongs to the House of the Prince of the Dragon. The front features a central bronze clock, surrounded by a set of drawers with a shaped cap culminating in the coat of arms of the House of the Dragon. Particularly ingenious is the locking system of the drawers at the back: a small lance with a hook at the base of the drawers engages a rod mechanism operated by a side lock.
