Large Lombard mirror from the 16th century

A majestic carved and gilded wooden mirror in the shape of a cartoccio, of Lombard origin, dating from the 16th century.

The lampshade consists of carved festoons on the upper part with two cupids at the sides holding other festoons with a rocaille motif, as well as on the final part. Antique and undamaged mercury mirror glass.
